Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: name, phone number, chosen service, specialist, day, time and comment. To protect against spam we keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address — never the IP address itself.

What we use it for

Only to confirm your booking and contact you about it (call, SMS or WhatsApp). We never use it for advertising and never pass it to third parties.

Where it is stored

Bookings are stored on Cloudflare's secure servers and in the salon's own records software.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics for visit statistics, but only if you press “Accept” on the banner. It records which pages you view, how you reached the site and what kind of device you use — we never send Google your name, phone number or booking details. If you decline, Analytics does not load and no cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The Google map only loads when you tap “Show map” — Google may then use its own cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for the records required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection you may ask what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to sanlebeauty@gmail.com.
